The two main distillation facilities and the crude oil desalting and dehydration unit ELOU-AT make up Kazaneft LLP’s basic production. Kerosene hydrodemercaptanization sections were introduced for the first time in the refining business at AVT-3, allowing four units to circumvent the jet fuel hydrotreatment procedure.

Vacuum gasoil, a feedstock for FCC and hydrocracking units, is intended to be received by atmospheric residue vacuum distillation units VT-3 and VT-6. The Visbreaker unit at the Refinery was put into service in 2020, and it makes it possible to optimize the fuel oil preparation process. Road, roof, petroleum, and cover bitumen binding materials are produced by the bitumen unit. The production column for road bitumen using the “Biturox” technology was put into service at the bitumen facility in 2021, marking a first for the refining industry.

The purpose of a hydrocracker unit is to create motor gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel components that have been cleaned of hazardous contaminants. The hydrotreatment units L-24/6, LCH-24/7, and the newly constructed Diesel Fuel Hydrotreatment unit, which was put into service in 2019, create diesel fuel components that meet grade Euro 5 standards. Market products are shipped using pipeline, rail, and motor vehicles. Leak proof loading ensures that there is no interaction between the oil products and the environment, preventing them from escaping.
