The corporation created and implemented the Industrial Safety Management System, which outlines the main components and prerequisites for the industrial safety management along with the goals, duties, and organizational framework of the system. For the purpose of managing and preventing accidents at the dangerous manufacturing facilities, the industrial safety management system was designed. In-process control, which is implemented through a series of steps intended to ensure the safe operation of the hazardous production facilities, prevent accidents there, contain accidents and their effects, is one of the essential components of the industrial safety management system at these facilities.

The Kazaneft LLP has taken extra precautions to ensure fire and gas safety because it poses a risk of fire, explosion, and gas leakage. To lower the chances of fire accidents during emergencies, the factory regularly enhances firefighting protection and implements fire-prevention measures. The plant is managed by the Civil Defense and Emergency Situations Division of the Labor Protection and Environment Department. As per the terms of their agreement, the Zhanaozen Oil Refinery units’ fire protection and fire-preventive measures are carried out by the fire and gas-rescue team.

With the aid of appropriately installed fire safety preventive measures, it is feasible to monitor and promptly detect breaches of the refinery’s operation from the standards defined by standard technical documents in the area of fire safety. This helps to ensure that the fire safety protocol is followed and that any fires, ignitions, or accidents on the property are quickly prevented.
