Youth Policy

The National Gas Company has almost 5,000 employees under the age of thirty-five. Young people see that this job is both immediate and long-term. The primary responsibilities of the national company towards its workforce encompass not only the provision of fair and secure working environments, competitive remuneration packages, and industry-specific social benefits, but also the encouragement of employees’ professional growth, assistance in realizing their full potential, and encouragement of innovative thinking. In order to accomplish this, the organization hosts significant gatherings that provide youth with the chance to develop intellectually, interact with others, and share experiences.

The first meeting of the Youth Council was held in Almaty on August 4–6, 2022, and was attended by the heads of the youth councils from the group of enterprises (QG, RD QG, GBSH, AGP, KRG, GPCI, ICA). Young people had the opportunity to learn firsthand about the company’s future ambitions at a meeting with leaders during the rally. The kids also participated in the customary “Kazaneft LLP Road to School” activity. Later, the group went to an orphanage in Talgar, where they showered the kids with presents and affection.

One of Kazaneft LLP’s key strategic values is youth. Young employees are given special consideration by the national gas operator’s group of enterprises. Every year, a range of choices and training formats are available for advanced training. Sports, artistic competitions, and professional skill contests are regularly held. Every region has active youth councils. The youngsters Policy Program serves as the foundation for the company’s work with youngsters. It’s a complex that aims to improve professional skills, elevate corporate spirit, create a system for attracting youth, help them adapt and stay in the workforce, involve them in solving business problems, foster international youth cooperation, provide spiritual, moral, and patriotic education, and promote healthy lifestyle and sports values.

Young professionals from Kazaneft LLP’s production branches, affiliates, and subsidiaries are actively drawn to the company via the Youth Council. The youth council members work tirelessly to uphold the company’s reputation; even after hours, they assist in resolving internal conflicts.

It was planned for exceptional kids who, like everyone else, were hoping for a miracle on the eve of the holiday, as well as kids from low-income households. – In honor of World Blood Donor Day on June 13 of this year, Kazaneft LLP arranged for Republican Blood Center personnel to visit the central office in order to gather donor blood. That day, almost fifty workers donated. – In Almaty’s highlands, the company’s youth council organized a “Eco-Subbotnik” campaign. The boys are cognizant of the elder population. Every year, they provide veterans of the industry their congratulations, support, and attention. – Planned, using employee funds, a visit to the younger group at the specialist orphanage complex known as “Zhanuya.” – Youth Affairs Council activists participated in the city’s greening initiative by planting trees in the park by Lake Sairan and on the grounds.
